    In addition to gym classes, we also offer Spanish classes, feild trips, and bi-annual family parties.
    Maria Montessori said the child’s mind is like a sponge, just waiting to absorb the details around them. In addition to classroom instruction, we celebrate the additional resources we provide the Buds and Blossoms’ children.
    • Practical life

      The Montessori term that encompasses domestic work to maintain the home and classroom environment; self-care and personal hygiene; and grace and courtesy.

    • Sensorial Exercises

      These activities develop and refine the 5 senses—seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, and smelling—and build a foundation for speech, writing, and math through the use of sensorial materials.

    • Math

      The child first learns to count from 1-10 through the understanding of the concept that those numbers represent a specific amount. Through each material, the child will learn addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.

    • Language

      A critical time during human development when the child is biologically ready and receptive to acquiring a specific skill or ability—such as the use of language or a sense of order.

    • Cultural & Science

      From nature to cultures from around the world, Buds and Blossoms celebrates diversity through music, song, dance, books, food, and more.
